all that beautiful snow...

plus a nice amount of freezing rain equals lots of falling trees and no power. the whole county (and beyond) has had outages over the last few days. some are still without power. we had 24 hours without power. we are thankful for our wood stove. we are also thankful that the flu that we had last week ended BEFORE the power went out. :)

i really do have 8 kids. :) i know, one isn't smiling, but, HEY, we're all in the picture. some day i'll show you some of the pictures i got trying to get all of the kids in one picture at the same time... crazy, i tell ya!
